Fullbay Connect is a subscription-based add-on to the company's heavy-duty shop management platform that allows users to run their operations more efficiently and respond to customers more quickly. New features include Financials, which transfers customer and vendor data to external accounting software; Marketplace, which integrates with Nexpart to browse and order parts and sync information; and Two-Way Texting to send messages from the platform to employees and customers. An integration with FleetNet also allows drivers in need to connect with your shop for emergency repairs. Users can also add MOTOR products such as a service guides.
