J.J. Keller opens fifth annual fleet management survey

The fifth annual fleet management survey will conclude on Jan. 19, with results to be released later this year.

J.J. Keller & Associates has opened its fifth annual State of Fleet Management survey, primarily for fleet managers in the U.S. and Canada. The survey, hosted by J.J. Keller Center for Market Insights, will only be open until Jan. 19, 2025, and will focus on the pain points and challenges for fleet managers across the industry.

Specifically, the survey will examine regulatory compliance, safety, driver knowledge and skills, and leadership buy-in.

Last year’s survey discussed the high-stress nature of fleet management roles and the top challenges faced by those in such positions, including:

  • Compliance
  • Driver training
  • Driver knowledge and skills
  • Job stress
  • Leadership buy-in
  • Overall safety
  • Vehicle maintenance

Those who wish to participate can do so here. The survey’s results will be shared once the study is completed, but there’s not yet an expected date for when this will occur.
