J.J. Keller & Associates has opened its fifth annual State of Fleet Management survey, primarily for fleet managers in the U.S. and Canada. The survey, hosted by J.J. Keller Center for Market Insights, will only be open until Jan. 19, 2025, and will focus on the pain points and challenges for fleet managers across the industry.
Specifically, the survey will examine regulatory compliance, safety, driver knowledge and skills, and leadership buy-in.
Last year’s survey discussed the high-stress nature of fleet management roles and the top challenges faced by those in such positions, including:
Compliance
Driver training
Driver knowledge and skills
Job stress
Leadership buy-in
Overall safety
Vehicle maintenance
Those who wish to participate can do so here. The survey’s results will be shared once the study is completed, but there’s not yet an expected date for when this will occur.
