The 5-1/2" small hose pinchers, No. 67500, clamp down on coolant, fuel, and vacuum lines up to 3/4" O.D. They can be useful in hard-to-reach areas and to clamp on smaller hoses or lines. The 9-1/4" medium hose pinchers, No. 67600, squeeze radiator and heater hoses shut and clamp down on lines up to 1-1/4" O.D.
