The expansion also includes upgrading their current production assembly lines that will convert 18,000 indirect labor hours into direct labor hours to increase productivity and output.

Bonnell Industries Inc., provider of truck and road equipment, is expanding its manufacturing segment and the truck equipment segment by renovating its current manufacturing floor space by 300% to establish a new 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located at 325 Progress Drive Dixon, Illinois 61021.

The company believes the additional space will enable significant investment in new automated equipment, resulting in a substantial reduction in waste within operations and an increase in overall efficiencies.

By reconfiguring the layout of their production assembly lines, they will be able to convert 18,000 indirect labor hours into direct labor hours and increase productivity and output.

Bonnell Industries plans to also transfer the current truck equipment installation facility into their current manufacturing facility, providing a 400% increase in available production space for their truck equipment division.
