The RespondAir Heavy-Duty Rear Air Suspension from Link Mfg. is designed for fire and rescue vehicle applications and provides non-torque-reactive suspension rated from 30,000-35,000 lbs. The system uses upper and lower control arm configurations to minimize axle movement and reduce wear on vehicle components and occupants, and uses larger, more durable natural rubber bushings to extend their service life. The system also features weld-on axle brackets for reliability, and the suspension is configured to integrate with Meritor and Dana axles. Finally, the system's V-Rod configuration provides lateral stability and reduced tail swing. The RespondAir is designed for single axle and tandem axle configurations.
