Pressure Systems International (P.S.I.) Digital ThermALERT sensor offers real-time wheel-end temperature visibility through a telematics portal, providing the same elevated wheel-end temperature alerts found in the standard ThermALERT program. The Digital ThermALERT sensor, located inside the spindle end at the wheel bearing, works with P.S.I.'s TireView LIVE portal or an integrated telematics system to display normal wheel-end operating temperatures and analyze wheel-end history. Alert activation levels can then be customized depending on the equipment and personal preference. The sensor includes a replaceable battery with a conductor wire that is fed through the axle end and attached to a P.S.I. spindle plug for operation.
